Last night we spent our Easter dinner with Jenna and Dave – who are like our family here. Jenna made a delicious sweet potato lasagna with melt in your mouth garlic bread and I brought dessert – my grandma’s apple crumb pie which never disappoints! We spent a lovely evening catching up with them and playing games late into the night : )
Jenna is so cute – she put Cadbury eggs at each of our place settings : )

Mmmmm… I would have expected the lasagna to be orange?? …. Sweet potatoes? How did Jenna make it. It sounds and looks delicious!
We all missed you of course at Grandma,s. The Easter egg hunt was in the cold and near snow! It was mid twenties, spitting rain, and windy! Not exactly Eatster like, but fun.
